Please note that all pieces must be submitted electronically, either as an attachment via E-mail or on disk, including both text and footnotes.
The Journal emphasizes that articles must have international or foreign content to receive serious consideration. While the Journal has no maximum or minimum page requirements, we believe most articles can convey their arguments effectively in 40-60 journal pages (20,000-30,000 words including footnotes).
Footnotes and citations must follow The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (19th ed.). Please note that submissions not following The Bluebook will not receive any consideration.
